Christopher Ellison - AWF Volkswagen Prague Marathon 2023

Please help me as I raise money for an awesome cause!

It started in NYC, but we are headed to Prague!

While I won't be surrounded by fellow New Yorkers, on Sunday, May 7th, I will lace up abroad for AWF - but I need your help!

My favorite part about marathoning has been the opportunity to fundraise for the Allyson Whitney Foundation (AWF)! For the families I know impacted by a cancer diagnosis, and for the thousands more I don't know, each uniquely experiencing their own battle - I'll run for you!

This disease has imparted tragedy, sacrifice, and struggle to so many. Still, without question, the fortitude, power, and strength displayed by so many inspire me. These are the attitudes I want to run with. Specifically, I run with the confidence, love, energy, and resilience displayed by my parents, who have fought to overcome and kick cancer in the damn a**! You're my inspiration - and even though you won't be by my side for this one, the lessons you've taught me, your fight, and your dedication will be with me every step of the way!

I'm so grateful to participate in this fundraiser supporting AWF and its dedication to supporting and helping young adults with cancer!

Please help me, help them, help hundreds more, and provide much-needed funds to support their impactful mission! Let's take our small-town Sullivan County spirit to Prague!
